Gary Clem: First and foremost, thank you. I’m out there to contribute in any way I can, and I’m glad I could make some plays that helped our team rally. The interception and fumble recovery were moments that provided a spark, and I’m proud to have been a part of that effort.

Reporter Jenny Talya: Despite your strong individual performance, the game ended in a loss. How do you handle the mixed emotions of personal success and the team’s results?

Gary Clem: It’s a bittersweet feeling for sure. While I’m pleased with my contributions, the ultimate goal is to secure a win for our team. We play for each other and our fans, and a loss is always disappointing. It’s a reminder that we have to keep working hard to improve collectively.

Reporter Mike Hawk: Gary, looking ahead to the matchup against the Baltimore Vultures, a tough opponent, what aspects of the defense’s performance do you think need fine-tuning, and how do you plan to approach this upcoming challenge?

Gary Clem: Baltimore is a formidable adversary, and we need to tighten up our overall defensive execution. Our focus will be on minimizing big plays and creating turnovers. We’ll study their offensive tendencies and work on improving our communication and coordination on the field to disrupt their game plan.

Reporter Harry P. Ness: Your play in the fourth quarter, particularly the fumble recovery, ignited a scoring drive that tied the game. Can you walk us through that critical play and the emotions you experienced at that moment?

Gary Clem: That fumble recovery was a game-changing play, and it felt incredible to make it happen. I saw the opportunity to jump on the loose ball, and I knew we needed to capitalize on that turnover. Emotionally, it was a mix of determination and excitement, knowing that we had a chance to turn the tide in our favor.
