His exceptional work and a keen eye for talent quickly caught the attention of the organization, leading to his well-deserved promotion to the position of General Manager in Season 16. With a shrewd approach to player personnel, Ross Napoli wasted no time assembling a powerhouse team that has consistently performed at the highest level.
As General Manager, Ross played a pivotal role in recruiting top-tier players such as Tommy Utah, Randy Squarebush, Neal Rivers, Dante Grimm, and Duane Sammons, securing a formidable roster that strikes fear in the hearts of opposing teams.
